Product Introduction
・Usage time is 120 minutes on weekdays and 90 minutes on holidays.
・The maximum number of users is two. An additional person will be charged an additional NT$800.
・NT$1,000 will be added for every 60 minutes of extended usage.
・Adding people or extending the time is subject to the on-site announcement.
‧Weekdays for hot spring bathing are Monday to Friday.
‧Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved or booked.

Usage rules
After the reservation is successful, this reservation product can only be used during the designated time period on the designated date.
Order process
This product requires a 100% deposit to be paid online in advance.
Other cancellation policies
1. After the transaction is successful, the consumer has a 20-minute cooling-off period. If the transaction order is cancelled during the cooling-off period, the order will be fully refunded to the original credit card account. The above regulations do not apply to orders placed within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. Consumers cannot cancel the order on their own through the system and the following two rules will apply.
2. After the transaction is successful, if the transaction order is cancelled within the 20-minute cooling-off period, this order will be charged 30% of the order amount as a booking penalty, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the consumer's original credit card account.
3. If the consumer fails to redeem the purchase at the booked time, it will be deemed as a No Show without reason, and this order will be charged 100% of the order amount as a booking penalty.

3. Services will be provided according to the booking period. No time will be compensated for late arrival. Services will be provided according to the on-site room conditions for early arrival.
4. After the booking is successful, this booked product can only be used during the specified period on the specified date.
5. This product requires an online prepayment of 100% deposit.
